Agreement for Services

New Business Associates – We may answer questions before you decide to use our services; however, our obligation to you officially begins when you make payment. Additionally, we may advise you that we must charge you for future document preparation, phone calls and correspondence. Non-lawyer disclosure and a Business Associate Agreement are required to be signed after initial conference and before any services are to begin.

Turnaround Time

In general, we will send your completed documents within seven to ten (7-10) days from the time you provide the information necessary to complete the documents. We frequently are able to send your documents to you in less than seven to ten (7-10) days; however, we do not guarantee a faster turnaround time, unless you submit payment for Rush Delivery, and we agree to it. If you have requested documents preparation assistance for an Answer or other time-sensitive documents, we will make every effort to accommodate your deadline. We try, but cannot guarantee, to complete Answers and return them to you within three (3) calendar days.

Payments

Upon signing you Business Associate Agreement, a Retainer Invoice will be sent to you via Bluevine. Retainer payment must be paid immediately prior to any document preparation. At our discretion, at a customer’s request, we may agree to accept payment via Google Pay or Zelle. If you need to pay another way, please notify us and we will try to accommodate you. Documents will not be sent until payment has been made. Final fees will be invoice after all documents have been delivered and/or e-filed.

Court filing fees are never included in our document preparation fees. Court filing fees are separate and are to be paid directly to the clerk of court when you file.

Refunds

All payments are final. Refunds will be issued at our sole discretion. We will work with you to resolve disputes as quickly an amicably as possible. We may issue a refund if no document preparation work has begun, but we are not obligated to do so. We consider that document preparation work has begun when we have collected information from you verbally; and/or we have sent you a form or questionnaire to collect your information. We may, in our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund even though your document preparation work has begun. Issuance of a partial refund or full refund is not to be considered an admission that we made errors in preparing your documents. Issuance of any refund is our attempt to defuse a potential dispute.

If you inadvertently overpaid, we will refund the difference so that you pay the correct amount.

Privacy

We will retain all user-uploaded documents, records, and associated data for a maximum period of three (3) years from the date of upload or the date of account inactivity, whichever occurs later.

Upon reaching the three-year expiration threshold, we will permanently and securely delete the documents from its active servers, backups, and cloud storage systems. This process is automated and irreversible. We are not required to provide advance notice to the customer prior to final deletion.

The website service is not intended to serve as a permanent archival system. Users are solely responsible for maintaining independent, local backup copies of all uploaded documentation. Precision Court Solutions explicitly disclaims any liability for data loss, corruption, or inability to access documents resulting from the scheduled three-year purging process.

Notwithstanding the standard three-year retention policy, the Company reserves the right to retain specific documents for a longer duration if required to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful government requests, or protect the Company's legal rights in an active dispute.

Payments are made through a third-party processor. We never have access to your credit card information. This site is directed towards adults, and we will not knowingly contact anyone under age 18, even if that person requested services. We do not share consumers’ contact information or personal information with any third parties.
